Shipping and delivery information

The goal of Martha Matilda Harper is to offer you the best delivery options, no matter where you live. We deliver to dozens of customers every day throughout the RS, as well as in European countries, ensuring that we provide you with the highest level of response at all times.

The time frame for delivery of the order is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Check order, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 24 hours after the order is shipped. The manufacturer processes orders, which lasts one day.

Delivery time for RS: This refers to the time required to deliver the product from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the products usually need to arrive at the destination between 1-3 days, but from time to time they can take longer. We send products by courier to the Post express service.

Delivery price for RS:

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package. You pay the shipping costs upon collection. When paying by cash on delivery, you pay an additional 1% of the total amount to the Post of Serbia as a fee for the transfer of money.

Price: 0-1kg - 300rsd, 1-2kg -350rsd, 2-5kg - 650rsd

Delivery time for BiH / CG: This refers to the time required for delivery of products from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, the products usually need to arrive at the destination between 5-10 days, but from time to time they can take longer. We send products by courier to Post Pak.

Delivery price for Kosovo:

Price: 0-1kg - 400rsd, 1-2kg - 500rsd, 2-5kg - 650rsd

After processing and leaving the warehouse, the products usually need to arrive at the destination between 5-14 days, but from time to time they can take longer. We send products by courier to the Big Arena service.
