This Ordinance regulates the rights and obligations of the Marta Matilda Harper web store (hereinafter: the seller), the rights and obligations of the end consumer-natural person who procures goods or services on the market for purposes not intended for his business or other commercial activity. : buyer), the procedure of ordering, receiving and paying for ordered products, consumer protection, product return, withdrawal from the purchase and the method of resolving complaints.

If it is determined that a defect or damage to the product has occurred through the fault of the buyer, the refund of the price will be refused and the product will be returned to him at his expense.
The price is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, and after it is determined that the product is undamaged and correct.
The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the statement of withdrawal.
Having in mind the assortment of goods in our offer, it may happen that a product is adapted to the special requirements of the customer or clearly personalized (has a customer logo or other mark, etc.), such a product cannot be returned.
All disputes that could not be resolved amicably between the seller and the buyer will be resolved by the Basic Court in Belgrade.
In the case of distance buying, the seller is not obliged to issue a fiscal invoice to the buyer, and in accordance with Article 2, paragraph 1, item 1) of the Decree on determining the activity for which there is no obligation to record turnover through the cash register "Official Gazette of RS", no. 61/10, 101/10, 94/11, 83/12, 59/13, 100/14), but all rights can be exercised by the consumer on the basis of a distance selling contract.
The Law on Distance Selling establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to meet his individual needs and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to the state, ie to the state of the person designated by the buyer, and not the carrier.
